Role Description This is a full-time on-site Manager ETP!None! role located in Hubli Taluka. The Manager ETP!None! will oversee the day-to-day operations related to the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and maintaining the plant's efficiency. The role involves managing ETP processes, coordinating with regulatory bodies, and implementing sustainable practices in line with GAEL's commitment to responsible operations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of effluent treatment processes and environmental regulations Experience in managing ETP operations and coordinating with regulatory authorities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to implement sustainable practices and drive environmental initiatives Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field Certifications in environmental management or waste treatment are a plus
